  1. Heat the ghee in a thick kadhai, roast flours until brownish. Add the coconut and dry fruits and roast again lightly.
  2. Remove from flame and add melted jaggery and spices, mix well and make small laddoos.
  3. Roll them in pista and coconut powder.
  4. Pack 6-7 small ladoos in tiffin with whole small apple and small banana.
