Mam i had made mayonnaise at home but it has more test of mustard What should i do to balance the flavour of it?

I think grilled sandwich would be also nice and I''d like to add some cucumber and remove capsicums and carrot, cabbage is good and add some cheese would be a grate combination.

I tried this one since i had mayo in ny fridge, unused. But surrisingly, this sandwich turned out be so delicious and easy to make, i''m gonna keep mayo always stocked in my home so i can make it again and again!
