Lot of restaurants use big square pieces of onion and capsicum whereas in this recipe you have use finely chopped onions i like it better when u have cruncy pieces of onion and capsicum with paneer. Just want to know which cutting is more authentic for chilli paneer

Can we make batter without using baking powder... I mean is it necessary to add baking powder
