First I was a little hesitant about the use of curds with bhindi. But the vegetable turned out to be delicious. I just loved it.

Very good recipe. The Achari flavor made it super awesome and the best part is that this recipe is simpler than the traditional bhindi recipe.

I was so bored of having that same bhindi subzi everytime and then i came across this recipe. The curds lends an amazing flavour to this subzi. It is delicious. The achaari flavour is also complementing the bhindi in a really good way. Over all a nice recipe to give a try.
