Very nice step by step recipe just as my most loving late mother made it. I make the same in her memory. By the way, she also used Tarla Dalal cook book right from 1960s and fed us with wonderful healthy food that we never liked outside food. Thank you

I have a query. Would like to know whether the wheat flour used is coarse or the regular chapati aata will do? Thanks!
