I''m trying to make the chunda using the traditional sun ripening method. But its been 4 days and it is still quite watery. Can I now cook it on a low flame to hasten the process?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Rajapuri mango varies in size. Ideally in 1 kg approx there are 3 to 4 mangoes at times. So count the mangoes in 1 kg and double the recipe accordingly.
