very well explained. Just one question I have is that can we add chilli powder or black pepper to make it spicy or will it spoil the taste.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Sameeta, Maize flour is the main ingredient in this recipe.. and the plain flour acts as a binding.. It will be difficult to make without these two ingredients..
