Dear ma''am, if we want to steam the dhokla in a microwave, how much time is required, is it the same 10 to 12 minutes? Thank you in advance...

Tarla Dalal Hello, We have not tried this recipe in a microwave but, generally, it requires to be microwaved on high for 3 minutes covered. Remove and let it stand for 2 minutes.

Thanks for such a healthy receipe. Do we have to ferment the mixture before steaming? and if yes, how many hours.Can we also do without ferment
