Can I use powdered sugar instead of condensed milk? If yes, how much sugar?

This is the most perfect recipe i have come across for the eggless chocolate brownie recipe. The sweetness is just perfect and the look and texture is also perfect. It is gooey from inside and light crispy from the top as it has to be. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

How much condensed milk should be used in the recipe.. u haven''t given any proportion for it.. and i don''t want to spoil my brownies just bcz of wrong proportion of the milk.. plzz tell me.. ????
