Love this Paneer dish. Paneer, capsicum, onions and tomatoes dunked in a rich curd based, mint flavoured marinade makes a delicious starter. Healthy and easy to make. I often put the whole tikka in a roti and have it as a meal by iteself.

Onion and phudine (mint leaves) combine to make a nice healthy roti cooked with whole wheat flour. Simple and quick to make and goes well with some curd.

I really really liked this sabzi. I normally never eat gavar and find it slightly bitter, but this sabzi was really nice. I added a little chat masala and amchoor to the curd mix.

Tried this subzi- Easy, Healthy & fast to cook. Carrot and methi make a wonderful combination.I tried this combination for the first time. Turned real good !
