Simply crispy and perfect.. takes time to fry.. but this is just crispy.. and holds the crispiness.. for a while in the soup.. I have made this a more quantity and stored it for my next use..

Potato and spring onion soup, really a different soup.. the potatoes gives a perfect thickness to the soup without adding cornflour, the tangy taste from the lemon is just perfect for this soup..
