Hi mam... I tryed this method and I couldn''t believe cake was very fluffy nd tasty first time I was make yummmmy cake my wife nd 6 yrs old son was very happy Thanks aloooot mam.. but some time cake get some hard nd not fluffy what reason..... Jst tell me pls.....

Tarla Dalal    Hi Bhavesh,firstly do not overmix the batter, as it contains baking powder mix the batter in one direction, do not rest the batter, immediately bake it, after baking do not keep it open or air dry instead cover it and keep it in air-tight container for fluffiness. Tarla Dalal    Hi Sadhana, the cake batter consistency should be of dropping consistency, you can always adjust it by adding or subtracting of the milk in the batter.
