Tarla Dalal Hi, Whipped cream and fresh cream are totally different. For this recipe we have used Amul fresh cream.

Tarla Dalal Hi Pooja, amul fresh cream is perfect to get smooth texture for the ice-cream. Cream which we get at home might not give you right texture. Do try and share your feedback.

A perfect vanilla ice cream, as we get in the market. Creamy, rich, smooth and delicately flavored. It is so easy and quick to prepare. I enjoy this ice cream topped with melted chocalate.
