Madam, Though I am not a professional Baker but good but at that age of fifty my confusion baking should be done at convention mode or microwave .I feel if done in at convention mode it remains soft for days but microwave wave hard by evening same for dal bati or bafle .plz give your valuable suggestions as nobody clearly define which mode is better for baking . Request explain me the reason . Thanks Dr Giri

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Yes the microwave one gets harder after some time, otg oven is actually the best....but if using microwave then use the convection mode.

Awesome recipe. so easy to make, I also added coco power and make chocolate sponge cake in microwave. it''s just yum. Almost every Sunday I made it as a dessert to make some sundae. thanks.

Wow it was an awesome recipe... I tried it.... My family loved it,.. But a doubt.. I got a little raw smell of the batter alone wen eating .. My cake was all cooked and perfect in shape too.. But can I know y did I get that raw smell ??! Otherwise it was fantastic Thank u mam it was a superb recipe without eggs
