The receipt is tasty but my cheese ball while frying it break down will u plz help me out wht is missing !!!!

Tarla Dalal    Just make sure you cook the mixture at step 2 till really thick, also roll the balls in the maida-water mixture and roll completely in the bread crumbs. If you wish the best would be to make them in the morning and keep in fridge and deep-fry in the evening so they will be more crispy. best is watch a video and try it, they will surely turn perfect.

Yummy balls. This recipe was the highlight of my party. I served it with schezuan sauce.
