Good. However, I used ready made Green curry paste to make it fast. Even though I cooked the vegetables separately, I used the same water. If someone wants the crunchy taste, cook for 3 to 4 minutes or 5 minutes if you want it softer. Onions probably fry for 2 min until half cooked before adding the green curry paste. Use only 1/2 cup water instead of 1 if eating immediately otherwise 1 cup. I used the water from boiled vegetables instead of water. sugar can be doubled. Serves atleast 6 people.

made the recipe.. turned out yumm.. thank u Tarla aunty..added a few pudina leaves to the green curry paste.. my family loved the curry.
