Sweet corn (Roughly chopped) works well instead of peas. I’ve also coated these in breadcrumbs after dipping in the batter before frying, and just as yummy with out the Chillies in the mix or adding thinly sliced chilies on the burger in the bun . Great recipe 👨‍🍳
