Tarla Dalal    Hi, This recipe is made to make use of leftover rice, if you wish you can avoid it and instead just make a mixture of cheese chilli flakes and green chillies it will taste fab.

I love this recipe of mini chilli cheese naan recipe which is using rice, chilli flakes and lots of cheese, it taste really great to serve as a starter
