Hi Tarla ji. Tried this recipe today with green chutney. It was yummy. As my mother in law is diabetic wanted to try some healthy breakfast and saw this recipe. Thank you so much

This recipe is so tempting. But I am on gluten free diet could you recommend any other flour besides Wheat flour ? Do you think rice flour might work ? I appreciate your time and help.

Tarla Dalal    Yes you can try rice flour, ragi flour or jowar flour, but ensure to adjust the consistency of the batter with water depending on the flour used.

Can bajra flour be used instead of jowar.
