I am not sure I like this recipe. I used my best dates 225 gms. The result is a viscous strangely bitter tasting paste. I don''t know what to make out of this. No water is mentioned in the recipe. Grinding can be a challenge. I added water.... but nope... not happy. It is sweet. It should be dominantly tangy I feel, which it is not. So what do we use this with?
