I have never read a more confusing and conflicting article about nutrition in a long time..You list the vegetable ingredients & the important role they play nutrionally..then the sesame oil ,garlic ,ginger etc & again praise their health giving benefits...then tell us the meal is under 300 calories..SO HOW IS THAT UNHEALTHY????🤔

We have listed the benefits of the vegetables, but also mentioned that cornflour and noodles being high in carbs are not a very nourishing option. Hence overall as a dish we have not suggested it for diabetics and mentioned that it is better avoided by healthy individuals. Further the number of calories may not always qualify a recipe healthy. Even 50 calories can be unhealthy depending on the ingredient used.
