I like roti prepared from atta of couse grain like bajra, ragi , jwar , maize and some times I prepare myself . Roti made from mixed grain and course grain atta are very taistey and nutritious . The difficulty is that course grain atta is not available easily .I will be happy to receive information about nutritious value of these items .

Please sugess me calories in black chana soya yellow and bajra mix well and after grind both three and prepare for flour.please let me know the nutrition value of it flour roti.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Sunny, we don''t comment on soya as there is conflicting information on its health properties. Also its not possible to give health info on other recipes as its a complex process. Method of cooking, ingredient ratios are important, oil used. Look at our other roti recipes online and most of them have detailed health information.
