I wonder why do you call Bread Pakoda unhealthy. Just because they are deep fried that doesn''t mean they are unhealthy. The unhealthy is the approach like repetitive use of same oil for frying. Using refined oil which is ofcourse unhealthy. Having these homemade snacks once in a while is absolutely not unhealthy.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Deepti : If you are healthy then have it as a cheat meal. I understand your view point. But we have explained the impact of any deep fried food on the human body. When you deep fry, your blood sugar levels will jump up a lot and that has its impact. Thanks for your feedback.
