I have yet to make the recipe. I am wandering if substituting almond milk from cow''s milk also render a chewy result?

Tarla Dalal    You can use almond milk or cow''s milk instead of full fat milk.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Gopy, The butter should be soft at room temperature to get the perfect mixture.

Almond Biscuits.. simple recipe.. easy to make.. the almond powder gives a nice rich taste to the biscuits. I have made this in 2 batches and stored it. This is best during tea time..
