My Dhokala turned red and had a bad smell ...I had added rava instead of besan a spoonful. and it didn''t rise as well ... taste was bad. .. can u tell the reason

I think we can use soaked Chana dal instead of chana dal atta for better healthy version , n grind together with sprouted moong

What about adding water to the tempering? To make it softer, more light and fluffier.
