Hii mam.!! Lovely experience..Tried out diz recipe yesterday,diz z my 1st baking. i hv followed every step as u mentioned except for d cake tin..i used a loaf pan,as i dint hv any other bake ware.. i baked it in otg n d middle rack.. after 20mins baking cake was nice but d Middle part dint get cooked..i placed for 10 more mins it started to get dark den i thot derz no sufficient heat from top so kept d otg in toast mode for 10 mins..the cake rose from middle also though it got lil burnt but after cutting d crust away d cake was so moist n tasty.. learnt good baking lesson.. may b i shud hv used d Correct size pan to avoid all d errors.will try dat too.thank u mam.my husband luved d cake.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, We are happy the cake came out well. Cake making always requires little practice but now that you have mastered it it is going to be easier the next time.. Always use the tin as measured as those things are very imp in baking, the tin has to be of proper size...

The milk curdle when I mixed the battery in whipper. Pls help. Also, can this be used for convection microwave?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Manvi, Make sure the eggs are at room temperature. That at times causes the cake to curdle.

Hi mam, I want to know the operation of a normal microwave so that i can preheat the oven.. In my over i doesn''t have temp knob.. So how long should i preheat the oven.. Kindly reply

Cake turned out soft ,baking time 22min , but I feel sugar quantity can be decreased

Tried your recepie of vanilla cake, Preheated my otg at 200deg for 5 min,and baked the cake for about 10 min, But the cake did not cook properly from inside although the top and bottom of the cake turned brownish, Pls advise...
