Can this be made in microwave as well? If yes, what will the temperature and settings be?

Tarla Dalal Hi, Yes you can cook the ravioli in the microwave. Heat the water in a microwave safe bowl till hot, drop in the ravioli and cook on 100percent power for 4 minutes. drain and keep aside. Arrange in the bake dish along with the sauces and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, till the cheese melts.

Hello! May I please know which cheese are we supposed to use here. Is it mozzarella cheese?

Tarla Dalal Hi Kiranpreet, you can use Mozzarella if you wish to. We have used processed .cheese for this recipe
