I have tried this recipe for the first time. i have made this for 15 ppl. Instead of 5 cup I have put only 4 cup of whipped cream my mousse didn''t set. Why??? I have followed instructions step by step. I don''t know the real reason of not setting.

Tarla Dalal    As the Whipped cream was less it might have not set and make sure the whipped cream is also well whipped....

I love this quick and easy mousse recipe , the taste of orange along with a lot of whipped cream is really nice. I make this for parties and it is always a hit !!
