Loved it, I added cheese too. Instead of leaves, I used the puree like you mentioned in your Pudina puri reciepe.

A simple recipe with minimal ingredients but tasted too good .The fresh mint leaves and ajwain really enhances the flavor. Just one query..Why is the dough kneaded with warm water?

The aroma and taste of mint leaves is just amazing. It is so easy to make and yummy too. These parathas tastes great when had with curds.
