ratnamadhuri    check out ie search for cauliflower lettuce soup in this website. Substitute water and cauliflower instead of milk and oil for butter to make it vegan.

wonderful variation of consuming lettuce. generally its crisp and cold, but in this soup, it gives a different texture and is extremely tasty!
