Hi, I would like to try but the 4th step I didn''t understand I should transfer it into pan. N should I add from up raw left veggies as said or I should give taka n the transfer the cooker barley masoor

Tarla Dalal    Dear Zeenat, The carrots will be pressure cooked as mentioned in step 2 and 3. After the pressure cooker has been cooled, spring onion greens and tomatoes have to be added. The reason for not adding tomatoes before pressure cooking is that they will turn mushy and the spring onions are not added before pressure cooking as they would lose their green colour. So follow the exact procedure. Also share your comments on the recipe after trials.

I am making soups and salads my summer lunch and was on the lookout for a healthy soup. This tastes wonderful. Would it be OK. To use moong?
