Green colour turns fade soon even refrigerated so what to do to preserve fresh green colour of chutney?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Amita, This is a tried and tested recipe, we hope you have added lemon juice which normally helps in retaining the bright green colour.

Awesome chutney! pudina is the most dominant flavour followed by coriander which gives it a fresh aroma. lack of garlic makes it subtle and does not leave your mouth smelling bad! so, a nice change! Goes well with almost anything...from idli to dhokla.
