Ma''am what would be the procedure if one wanted to bake this instead of making in the kadai?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Priya, We have not tried baking it but, you can try. Simply pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC(400ºF) for 30 to 35 minutes or till the crust is golden brown in colour.

Tarla Dalal    There is no need to ferment this recipe. Kindly follow the recipe as it is.

I made this. But it turned soggy from inside. I followed all the instructions. Is there anything I did wrong?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Dimple, Try and cook the handvo on a little lower flame for a little longer.
