I tried the recipe and cupcakes didnt come out well. They rose nicely but got flat during baking. Ekdum flat

Tarla Dalal    Hi Namrata, I hope you have measured the baking powder and baking soda very precisely. Do not over mix the batter, that will add air to the batter and also, fill the mould till 3/4th, if you fill them less they will expand more and make them flat.

at what temperature n for what time I should bake it in halogen . I have halogen of usha company .I tried making brownie but it didn''t turn well...pls tell me temperature setting for this cupcake receipe

Loved the taste of coffee and walnut together. I tried this icing on chocolate muffin also, tastes great.
