I have tried your various recipes and got compliments for it. I tried chocolate sponge cake for the very first time and came out to be awesome. I love baking and want to advance with recipes. This recipe seems to be awesome since it has both my fav flavors. I am unable to get candied orange used here. can I use orange juice or orange essence as substitute?

My neighbour baked and gifted this truly delicious Chocolate Orange Mousse Cake for my wedding anniversary with a beautiful rosy glittering chocolate icing.Everyone in the family enjoyed chocolaty candied orange taste in every bite.
