I always thought baked potatoes were boring. Then I saw this recipe and tried it and it is superb. The filling makes it more tasty. No more boring plain baked potatoes! The recipe is a hit.

Very cute looking and delicious dish! Loved the potatoes and filling...went beautifully together! not too tough to make which is perfect! thanks.
