Can the remaining batter be saved for future is not exhausted fully? If yes, how long?

Tarla Dalal    Yes, but we could not suggest you to store it more than 3-4 hours as then the batter would start fermenting! and store it in a refrigerator, thaw it whenever you''d want to use it within 3-4 hours and adjust constitency with the help of water if thick and more flour if thin.
