Folding the paratha like a quesedilla, is a wonderful idea, since it allows you to put in so much more filling !!

Yum...Yum...Yum.....OMG, this receipe turned out so delicious, I had also added yellow & red bell peppers to it. Thank U Tarla Dalal ji for making our evening.

This is like a broccoli and cheese quesadilla Indian style. If I was making a paratha I would add a little onion and ajwain.

broccoli and cheese paratha.. i never thought to make paratha with broccoli.. this recipe was a surprise for me.. as it is so cheesy and spiced with green chiilies.. one cannot make out there is broccoli.. in it.. do try this recipe..
