i gave this recipe a try but was disappointed because the strings stick together and where they overlap, they are impossible to separate so I had a clump of sev. I''ll have to stick to deep frying them I guess

Tarla Dalal    Hi, When you are pressing it from the sev press.. make sure you put in a single row. Allow to bake completely, lightly browned. the colour is very important here. Do try the recipe again.. and give us your feedback..

I tried. But it did not come out well. If you can show in a video it will be better.

Great option to deep-fried snacks and made in a jiffy too.... Now we can enjoy our favourite chaats like bhel, sev puri etc.
