Hi I love this recipe. Especially the shortcrust that goes with it. I switch the apples to ripe pears and just sprinkle some sugar and lots of cinnamon on it and carry in Tempe rest of the recipe. No cooking of the pears. It was my brothers favorite and I used to make it for him. Not made it in 13 years! But now want to make it for my kids and teach them the same ... yummy 😋

High on calories but tingles your taste buds and pleases your heart. The cinnamon powder blends and taste very good with the stewed apples ,I added a little more then mentioned in the recipe. A hit at any party serve it with vanilla icecream.
