instead of milk you can use coconut milk

1/4 cup cornflour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
a pinch saffron (kesar) strands
1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup water
greased plate

  1. Mix saffron with 1 tbsp milk
  2. Heat ghee &add almond,fry little.
  3. Add water and sugar,mix till it melts
  4. Add cornflour mixed with milk and stir till it leaves side of the pan.put it in a greased plate cut into peices
