Diabetic dosa is a dosa recipe ideal for diabetic patients.
- Soak all ingredients for 4 hrs and grind it.
- Let it ferment overnight mix salt to taste.
- Add oil to a non stick pan and heat it.
- Spread the batter on the pan cook on both side.
- Serve with mint chutney.
