  1. Grate the white pumkin and seperate all the water from it.
  2. Put in a bowl the grated white pumkin. milk and boil till the milk is entirely boiled and becomes thick with the white pumkin.
  3. Then add sugar,1 tbls spoon ghee and cardamoms(powdered) and stir and boil until sugar is mixed well.
  4. Cool and add cahswenuts fried in 1/2 tbl spoon ghee.
