  1. Cut onions fine.
  2. Bagar till light brown.
  3. Add kadipatta, chillies, red chillie powder, rye, ginger/garlic paste, haldi, maggie seasoning, cut tomatoes (fine) and bagar.
  4. Remove from fire and cool for sometime.
  5. Then after 5-10 mins.
  6. Add curd and put again on stove till it almost comes to a boil.
  7. Do not overboil.
  8. Add kothmir. serve.
