Curd Kurma recipe - How to make Curd Kurma

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 to 4 servings

  1. Pressure cook the vaal and potatoes with just enough water for 10 minutes making sure you do not over cook.
  2. Heat the oil or ghee in a kadai, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent.
  3. Add the ground masala and the cooked vegetables, mix well and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the beaten curds and mix well.
  5. Add the garam masala just before removing from fire.
  6. Serve immediately.
