Easy to make tasty tangy pickle. . Made with cucumber and spiced up with chilli powder and mustard seeds.
Method- Combine all the ingredients, except the oil and yellow cucumber, and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
- Peel ,deseed and cube the yellow cucumber and mix the cucumber and the grounded powder.
- Heat the oil and mix it with the above mixture and store in an air tight container.
- Preserve for 10 days.
