Cuban Rice recipe - How to make Cuban Rice

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onions and peppers and garlic
  3. Fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add tomatoes
  5. Fry for 1/2 minute
  6. Add boiles beans
  7. Add rice
  8. Mix well
  9. Add 1 cup hot water
  10. Close the lid and let it cook
  11. Add more water after 5 minutes
  12. Stir again making sure all ingredients mix well
  13. Cover again and cook on medium flame till done.
  14. Garnish with cilentro leaves.
