Crunchy Health Packet recipe - How to make Crunchy Health Packet

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped beetroot
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup tomato cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup finely chopped radish leaves (mooli ke patte)
2 to 3 green chillies , crushed to make paste
fresh curd
salt to taste
  1. Start when you sit to eat
  2. Take a bowl add all the ingredients.
  3. Mix fresh curd, green chilli paste, salt together
  4. Add this to the bowl of vegetables.
  5. Eat your crunchy health packet salad.
