Crunchy Chocolate Cake recipe - How to make Crunchy Chocolate Cake



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     11Makes 10 to 12 pieces

20 to 25 digestive biscuits
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup roasted hazelnut
2 tbsp sugar
400 gms condensed milk
  1. Break the biscuits into four and powder coarsely.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. Add the sugar and mix again.
  4. Chop the nuts coarsely and add to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Add half a tin of condensed milk to this mixture and mix well.
  6. Line a pie dish or baking tray with butter paper and transfer the mixture to it.
  7. Press firmly with wet fingertips until the mixture is uniformly spread.
  8. Refrigerate at least for 4 hours or overnight if possible.
  9. Serve chilled.
