Crispy Cheese Rolls recipe - How to make Crispy Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 small onions , finely chopped
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
8 bread slices
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
oil for deep-frying
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the milk, cheese, onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and spoon out each portion into a bread slice.
  3. Roll the bread slice to seal tightly.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhia and deep fry each roll till they turn crisp and golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
